It is very hard to find good business practices anymore, but the staff at Classic Coachwork goes above and beyond the call of duty to please customers. Getting into an accident is stressful, and puts a major roadblock in day to day schedules. Thankfully, the team put my car back to showroom condition with minimal downtime. Thanks again!

I just wanted to tell you a quick story about Mr. Pollards Ferrari 328 GTS.
Last month, I detailed his car so that he could enter it in the Ferrari Club of America Annual National Concours.
Not only did it win Platinum again, it won a Coppa Bella award, which is a pass-fail of every function of the car, including a road test.
One of the judges even asked why he had not entered the car in the Preservation class.

My 2009 VW Jetta was rear-ended back in June 2010.
I didn't know where to take it because it was my first accident. The VW dealer
recommended Steve at Classic Coachwork West for repairs. I spoke with Steve and
he coached me through what I needed to do to get the repairs going. I took the
car in and left in his hands with the promise that the goal was to make the car
look the way it did prior to the accident. I picked up the car yesterday and
his goal has been achieved. The car looks great. Everything is back the way it
was and I can breathe again and get on with my life. It is my pleasure to be a
customer of a business that not only respects its customer's property but
respects themselves and their reputation for what they do. The education Steve
gave me on how to deal with the insurance company is priceless. Thanks again
